Privacy Policy
Haven PDF is built privacy-first. Every PDF operation happens entirely in your device’s browser; your files are never uploaded to a server.
Your files never leave your device
Merging, splitting, compressing, signing and every other operation are performed locally with pdf-lib and pdfjs. Your documents are never uploaded, stored or shared.
No third-party tracking, no cookies
We use no ads, no profiling and no third-party tracking cookies. Only on-device localStorage/IndexedDB is used for your language/theme preference and crash recovery. For usage measurement we use only cookieless, first-party Haven Analytics (detailed below).
Network requests
Your file contents are never sent in any request. The app works offline; optional features (editor fonts and the OCR language model) are downloaded from a CDN when needed. Each page also loads our cookieless, first-party Haven Analytics script (analytics.ipekbayrak.com.tr), which counts anonymous page views only. The home page fetches the aggregate visitor count from the same domain every 60 seconds, and if an error occurs, a short anonymous error summary stripped of file names is counted (limited per session). Which tool is used is also counted anonymously, and text you submit via "Report a problem" is sent to us (only the text you write; file names, sizes or contents are never sent).
GDPR / KVKK
Because no personal data is processed on a server, your data stays under your control. You can also clear the local data in your browser (preferences and crash recovery) at any time.
